The following main street food markets are evening food markets:
Chiangmai Gate : offer good stall food from sunset till late in night some early morning.
Changpueak Gate : Night time food stalls. Open till about midnight
Sompet Market: Has several evening stalls selling thai food
In front of the Chiang Mai cultural Center : Mostly takeaway but some have afew tables very good prices as well.
Ansian Food stalls and restaurants: Mostly for Thai tourists as is in night bazaar area.

There are lots of street vendor here as well as small shops
