Lemon Grass Salad

 Lemon Grass Sliced  1 cup
 Pork Minced  1/4 cup
 Dried fried Shrimp  3 Tablespoons
 Cashew Nuts   4 Tablespoons
 Thai red Onions   2 Tablespoons
 Lemon Juice   2 Tablespoons
 Fish Sauce   1/2 Tablespoon
 Soya Sauce   2 Tablespoons
 White Sugur   1 Tablespoons
Fresh small Chilli   1 Tablespoons
   

 Cop and mix all ingredents to a semi uniform size except the Cashew nuts which may be added on top.

Then serve to be eaten with rice.
