

| Lemon Grass Sliced | 1 cup |
| Pork Minced | 1/4 cup |
| Dried fried Shrimp | 3 Tablespoons |
| Cashew Nuts | 4 Tablespoons |
| Thai red Onions | 2 Tablespoons |
| Lemon Juice | 2 Tablespoons |
| Fish Sauce | 1/2 Tablespoon |
| Soya Sauce | 2 Tablespoons |
| White Sugur | 1 Tablespoons |
| Fresh small Chilli | 1 Tablespoons |

Cop and mix all ingredents to a semi uniform size except the Cashew nuts which may be added on top. Then serve to be eaten with rice. |
