The Chiangmai-Lamphun Golf Club features thousands of mature native trees in beautiful rolling hills. Between the hills, the contoured terrain is liberally provided with water hazards and scenic creeks that test the golfer's skill. Dr. Sukum, has designed and built an excellent course in combination of the best English, Scottish and American design features. Offering holes that are quite tight, calling for accurate and thoughtful play over and around water and trees.
Around the greens, clever bunker design rewards accuracy. Hole 9, my favorite, requires the player to negotiate water hazards on both sides of the fairway, then a long carry over a wide pond to the sloping green.

The club house and other facilities are not fancy but the folks who will serve and take care of you are the real pride of Chiang Mai people and the golf course, you won't soon forget this one.
