The Green Valley Country Club, one of the most beautiful in Thailand on a slightly flat terrain sloping towards the Ping River , is dotted with hundreds of mature local trees and shrubs and includes some very difficult holes. Typical of these are the opening holes of both sides, which feature broad water carries to reach the greens. Many of the fairways give sloping lies, with the greens hidden behind huge built up mounds. Most holes are heavily bunkered for fun. The four Par 5 holes are tough but enjoyable; particularly the 11th & 18th, with water hazards on both sides.
